What makes a winter vacation at Landhaus Antonia so unique?

Away from the main road and yet only 3 minutes walk to the village center. Still enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony when the houses of the village are already in the shade! You will be enchanted by the view of the high Tauern, up to the Kitzsteinhorn.

Salzburgerland is currently one of the most corona-safe areas in Austria. The Austrian state sets strict safety measures for winter sports. Winter sports are outdoor activities, in fresh air – so the risk of infection outdoors (if you follow safety precautions) is virtually eliminated. Should a travel warning be issued for our region, your booking will of course be cancelled free of charge.

Guaranteed snow Due to the central location of Bruck, between Zell am See and Kaprun, and the immediate vicinity of the Kaprun glacier (valley station in about 5 km), you can plan your snow-sure vacation without worrying. To the valley station of the Schmittenhöhe-Areit you drive only 3,5 km, also the ski resorts Saalbach-Leogang or Gastein are reachable in a short time.

The free ski bus departs from the neighboring house.

The 200 km long “Pinzga Loipe” cross-country ski trail winds its way through the fairytale winter landscape in the Salzach Valley.
The Mittersiller Hochmoorloipe is located at 1,250 m above sea level, is 22 km long and offers a fantastic view into the National Park Hohe Tauern.

Ice skating:

Behind the Zacherlbräu a free, illuminated outdoor ice skating rink.
In particularly cold winters, Lake Zell also freezes over and becomes an impressive ice-skating experience.
The nearby ice rink in Zell am See also has a cutting boot rental service.

Winter hiking and snowshoeing:

On 25 km of cleared and fairy-tale winter hiking trails you can experience Bruck and its surroundings from a peaceful side.
Guided hikes are offered on the Schmittenhöhe for unforgettable winter moments.

Horse-drawn sleigh rides:

Location & Arrival Bruck is the starting point of the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. Barely 100 m away, there is the high alpine road to the highest mountain in Austria, which is covered with snow even in summer. After Kaprun you drive about 6 km – there you continue to the snow-covered glacier and reservoir. Our house is located in the center of Bruck between the world-famous towns of Zell am See and Kaprun – each only about 5 minutes by car
