Especially in summer, the Zellersee is the center of the region around<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zell am See,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaprun,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bruck on the Grossglockner Road<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and other surrounding communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The lake was formed about 10,000 to 16,000 years ago by an excavation created by ice masses.
