Booking deposit: In order to make your reservation binding for both parties, we request written confirmation and a deposit of EUR 200 per apartment and booking time. The remaining amount is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Arrival: The apartments can be occupied by 4 p.m. at the latest. We would be delighted if you could let us know your approximate arrival time – we will try to make the apartments available as early as possible after the planned arrival time. Departure : On the day of departure, the apartments must be handed over by 10 a.m. to ensure proper cleaning for the following guests.

Of course, if you arrive earlier or depart later, your pastries can be safely stored.

Deposit:
Depending on the number of people and the size of the apartments, we require a deposit of € 100 to € 200.
The deposit must be paid in cash on arrival and will of course be returned in cash on the day of departure – after proper delivery, without damage.

Cancellation: The cancellation conditions of the Austrian hotel industry apply.

  1. Withdrawal by the contractual partner – cancellation fee
    Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest at the latest, the accommodation contract can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner.
    Outside of the specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible with the following cancellation fees:
    – up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40% of the total arrangement price;
    – up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total arrangement price;
    – in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price.
  2. Resignation by the accommodation provider
    If the contract partner has not paid the advance payment on time, the accommodation provider can withdraw from the early rescue contract without a grace period.
    If the guest does not appear by 8 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, there is no obligation to provide accommodation, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.
    If the contractual partner has paid a deposit, however, the rooms will remain reserved until 12 noon on the day following the agreed arrival date at the latest.
    In the case of prepayment of more than four days, the obligation to provide accommodation ends at 6 p.m. on the fourth day, with the arrival day being counted as the first day, unless the guest announces a later arrival date Accommodation contract by the accommodation provider, for objectively justified reasons, unless otherwise agreed, can be dissolved by unilateral declaration.
