General business terms and conditions (AGB):
Reservation & Deposit:
To make a reservation legal for both parties, we ask for written confirmation and a deposit of EUR 200, – per apartment and the period you wish to book. The balance is payable in cash upon arrival.
Arrival: Apartments are available up to 4 pm at the latest.
Please inform us of your estimated time of arrival – we try to hand over the apartments as early as possible according to the scheduled time of arrival.
Departure: On the day of departure, the apartments are to be cleared by 10 am to ensure time for a proper cleaning for the next guests.Of course your luggage can be stored safely if you arrive earlier or leave later.
Deposit: Depending on the number of guests and the size of the apartments we ask for a deposit of
€ 100,- to € 200,-.
The deposit is payable on arrival in cash, on the day of departure the deposit is paid back in cash, vorausgesetzt the apartment is handed over without damage

1) Cancellation by the owners
Should the deposit not have been paid by the guests in time, the owner can cancel the contract without a grace period according to the Accommodation Agreement. If the guest does not show up until 18:00 on the agreed arrival date, there is no accommodation guarantee, unless a later arrival time has been previously agreed.
However, if the guest has paid a deposit, the premises are kept available until 12 am of the following day of the agreed and reserved arrival date.
If the guest has paid a deposit or more than four days in advance, the property-liability ceases at 6 pm of the fourth day, with the arrival day counted as the first day, unless the guest informs us of a later arrival.Up to 3 months before the arrival of the guest, the contract for accommodation can be cancelled by the owner in accordance with the Accommodation Agreement for suitable and justifiable reasons, unless it is otherwise agreed, by unilateral declaration .
2) Cancellation by the Guest – cancellation fee:
Up to 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without paying a cancellation fee by a one-sided declaration of one of the partners.
If the contract is cancelled by the guest within the above agreed period, the following cancellation fees apply:
– up to 1 month before agreed date of arrival: 40% of the total arranged price
– up to 1 week before agreed date of arrival: 70% of the total arranged price
– in the week before agreed date of arrival: 90% of the total arranged price
