Bruck and Fusch are located in close proximity to the ski resorts in Zell am See and Kaprun. Our free ski buses take you comfortably directly to the mountain lifts. Our ski regions are hard to beat for versatility in winter. You will be offered everything from comfortable beginner slopes to snow parks and black slopes for experts. Experience great skiing fun, sunbathe on one of the numerous hut terraces and celebrate at the après-ski. You can expect not only a spectacular panorama of the surrounding three-thousand-meter peaks of the Hohe Tauern. No! The ski resorts are also characterized by their extremely high snow reliability. On the Schmittenhöhe, 100% of the slopes have technical snowmaking. On the Kitzsteinhorn, perfect skiing conditions prevail from autumn until well into spring, primarily due to natural snow reliability. The Maiskogel is a small ski area with entry in the center of Kaprun. By the way, thanks to the new 3 K connection, since 2019 it’s over the Maiskogel to the Kitzsteinhorn. Thanks to the Ski AlpinCard you can enjoy the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn with only one ticket.
Our main ski area is the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See, only a few minutes away by car, with 77 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes and five valley runs. The panorama and family ski area convinces with a variety of family-friendly themed slopes as well as with a unique panorama and dream view of the mountain town of Zell am See. Here, winter sports enthusiasts get their money’s worth. Frolic in the snow with your family and sled down the sunny slopes until hunger tempts you to one of the numerous huts. With the Ski Alpin Card you can enjoy the varied offer of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn as well as the Maiskogel in Kaprun.

The Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun is Salzburg’s only glacier ski area and offers 100 percent snow guarantee from October until early summer. Since winter 2019/2020, the K-ONNECTION lift connects the town center via the popular Maiskogel family ski area with the legendary Kitzsteinhorn glacier. In the process, the ropeway connection opens up unique perspectives and fascinating views of the untouched, high alpine winter landscape in every single one of its sections. Hearts beat faster! Experience absolute winter fun for the whole family on 61 kilometers of slopes with 23 cable cars and lifts, freeride and ski touring routes as well as first-class snow parks. The panorama platform “Top of Salzburg” is undoubtedly the glacier highlight, as it opens up a fascinating panoramic view of Austria’s 3000-meter peaks and the adjacent Hohe Tauern National Park.

With its 70 cable cars and lifts and 270 kilometers of slopes, the Skicircus is one of the largest and most beautiful ski resorts in the Alps. 60 cozy ski huts invite sun worshippers to stay and enjoy. The Skicircus offers you perfectly groomed slopes of all levels of difficulty, snowmaking on all main runs, snowboarding fun in the fun parks and halfpipes, top spots: Carving track, mogul slopes, snow parks, race tracks, a floodlit slope, superlative après-ski & nightlife in huts, bars, discos and pubs, first-class children’s ski schools and much more. The Weißsee Gletscherwelt in Uttendorf is the high-altitude ski area in Salzburger Land and is especially specialized for families.
